The need for these units is great. But supply chain issues plus inflation are playing havoc with material costs & labor availability. We likely have missed our Fall 2022 deadline to break, so all first year cash donations, multi-year commitment letters and leases must be at the bank by early September(change in schedule).

It is likely that most of our initial tenants will not have any furniture and few household items like cookware and linens. They will need help obtaining either new or still serviceable pre-owned items.
This would be a perfect community project for a couple of service or youth groups to take on in March of 2023!
Donors desiring to fund the project at or above above the $500 level but do not want to transfer the majority of the donation until Home Allies is ready to close on the construction loan (projected for February 1, 2023) will be asked to complete a Donation Pledge. The Donation Pledge is also being used for organizations, companies and agencies making multi-year gifts for rent subsidies.
